Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service: The Services are for your private use only, with no transfer of title. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or make any other non-private use of any of the content obtained from the Services. Planning for Profit facilitators have the authority to expel participants who interfere with the learning or experience of others. Cancellation Policy: 20% of the booking payment is non-refundable at the time of booking. If you wish to book an alternative Planning for Profit course from the one you originally enrolled for, this payment can be transferred to any course within 13 months of the original booking as long as you notify Planning for Profit 14 days prior to the start of the course. If you cancel your course attendance 14 days or less from the start of the course the total booking payment is forfeited. If you transfer to another course within 13 months of the original booking, 100% of your payment will be transferred. This includes you or anyone form your business with your consent. If, during the 13-month transfer period, the booking payment increases before you re-book onto the course, you will be invoiced for the difference between what you paid and the new booking payment. Retained funds can only be applied to courses hosted by Planning for Profit. Courses hosted by partnering entities are not eligible for use of retained funds. Refund Policy: Planning for Profit offers a money-back guarantee for the Planning for Profit 5-day course. If someone attending the course is dissatisfied with the value, they can receive a full refund. To receive the refund they must: 1. Make the request within 6 days after the last day of the course. 2. Have attended at least the first 4 days of the course. 3. Have expressed dissatisfaction to the facilitator at the course. 4. Communicate to Planning for Profit in writing why they believe the course failed to deliver value.
