Executive Link

Executive Link helps Planning for Profit graduates stay accountable, make better decisions and keep momentum in their business.

A group of people in a conference room engaged in a workshop. One man in a plaid shirt is standing near a flip chart that reads 'Cornerstone Grazing' and writing on a sticky note. Several people are seated at the table, looking at documents and taking notes.

Because the best businesses do not stand still.

Executive Link helps Planning for Profit graduates stay accountable, make better decisions and keep momentum in their business.

When you join Executive Link, you’ll be put on a board of directors with representatives from five or six other businesses. With the help of experienced facilitators, you’ll give each other strategic advice and hold each other accountable.

Each board meets three times a year and belongs to a regional chapter. Regional chapter meetings in the autumn and winter account for two of these meetings. In the summer, individual EL boards meet on one of the member’s farm. Planning for Profit provides a facilitator for each of these meetings.
